Everything was perfect from staff, who were VERY HELPFUL, to the favourable location. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini bar fridge in the room, really enjoyed that. There was good choice of good meals. Location: the hotel was not far from the airport and grocery store, restaurants and ATM and the centre of town. It also was back to the ferry port.

The beds and pillows in my double room were comfortable. the staff were always friendly and willing to help. - the location in a peaceful area was convenient. - the hotel is close to main attractions, like King's Yard Gate, which was only 2 miles away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - centrally located and easy to get around. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The only thing that could be improved upon was the WiFi connectivity. But overall, this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast here was amazing, with plenty of delicious food and drinks to choose from. the room had a cozy bed that was super comfortable. the location was perfect as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit 🚶.

Además, las habitaciones son amplias y ofrecen todas las comodidades necesarias, como televisor y caja fuerte. El precio es bastante bueno, sobre todo si tienes en cuenta el servicio que ofrecen. me gustó la atención del personal, fueron amables y serviciales en todo momento. Oh, the AC was a bit too cold at first, but who needs warmth when you can freeze to death in your own room? So much fun!

I got great value for my money at Jam Lodge. The room was immaculately clean with top-rate AC and satellite TV. The location was convenient, away from congestion but still easy to reach. The staff treated me like family and went out of their way to help me.

Food for breakfast could be improved by being served faster.

The receptionist didn't give restaurant recommendations, insisted on cash payment, and refused to give me the WiFi password. Clearly, they prefer guests to be clueless and disconnected.

The staff was friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and mosquito net. The breakfast juices were delicious, especially the ginger. The value for money was excellent, considering the amenities provided.

Good shower pressure and hot water. Amazing fresh breakfast juices, especially the ginger. Great value for money with amenities like a basic gym and courtyard bar area. Serviceable wifi, clean rooms, and daily housekeeping. Convenient location, easy to get transport anywhere in the city. jaw-droppingly fantastic experience.
